About Prime IV
From Vellichor Floors's Prime collection, Prime IV pairs European oak with 7-1/2″ wide planks and a 4mm wear layer.
The 4mm top layer is thick enough to be sanded and refinished in the future, while the engineered core keeps the plank stable through Valley heat and dry AC air.
It is finished with a wire brushed surface, PPG Aluminum Oxide UV Lacquer. Wire-brushing opens the grain and helps hide everyday scuffs from kids and pets.
Los Angeles Hardwoods sells and installs Vellichor Floors flooring throughout Los Angeles. Call for pricing on Prime IV, or schedule a free in-home estimate and we will bring the sample to you and measure every room.
