About Westwind Shiner
From SLCC Flooring's Westwind collection, Westwind Shiner pairs birch with 5″ wide planks and a 1.5mm wear layer.
An engineered core with a 1.5mm wear layer keeps the plank flat and stable, which suits slab foundations and homes with seasonal humidity swings.
It is finished with a character grade surface, Aluminum Oxide.
Grade: ABCD, which sets how much natural character, knots and color variation you will see from board to board.
SLCC Flooring approves it for floating, glue down, nail down installation.
