About Avenue Chic Uptown
Avenue Chic Uptown is a white oak floor from Pravada Floors's Avenue Chic line, milled 5″ (127mm) wide and 12mm thick.
An engineered core with a 2mm (nominal) wear layer keeps the plank flat and stable, which suits slab foundations and homes with seasonal humidity swings.
It is finished with a wire brushed surface, UV Lacquer, 30% sheen. Wire-brushing opens the grain and helps hide everyday scuffs from kids and pets.
Pravada Floors approves it for nail, glue, float (all grade levels) installation.
Plank length: 4ft (1200mm) RL. Longer boards cut down on end joints and make a room feel larger.
Packaging: 29.53 sq ft (2.74m2). We order with a cut-waste allowance so you do not run short on install day.
Manufacturer item number: 2836-8786SS.
Pravada groups its colors into themed collections, which makes it easy to compare warm, natural and gray-toned European oak side by side.
Want to see Avenue Chic Uptown next to your cabinets and walls? We bring samples to homes across Los Angeles and the Valley, measure on site and quote materials plus professional installation. Call for pricing.
