About Beverly Hills Carmelita
From Garrison's Beverly Hills collection, Beverly Hills Carmelita pairs European oak with 9-1/2″ wide planks and a 4 mm wear layer.
The 4 mm top layer is thick enough to be sanded and refinished in the future, while the engineered core keeps the plank stable through Valley heat and dry AC air.
It is finished with a light wire brushed surface, Urethane with Aluminum Oxide. Wire-brushing opens the grain and helps hide everyday scuffs from kids and pets.
Grade: Select Character, which sets how much natural character, knots and color variation you will see from board to board.
Garrison approves it for glue down, floating, nail/staple (glue assist) installation.
We supply and professionally install Beverly Hills Carmelita across Greater Los Angeles, from the Westside to the San Fernando Valley. Call for current pricing, or book a free in-home estimate and we will bring a sample to see in your own light.
