About Grande Savoy Vicomte
From DuChateau's Grande Savoy collection, Grande Savoy Vicomte pairs European oak with 9-1/2″ (240 mm) wide planks and a 4 mm wear layer.
Because it is engineered with a 4 mm wear layer, you get the look of a solid board with far better dimensional stability, and enough real wood on top to refinish down the road.
It is finished with wire brush, ultra matte finish, UV Oil. Wire-brushing opens the grain and helps hide everyday scuffs from kids and pets.
Grade: Character, which sets how much natural character, knots and color variation you will see from board to board.
DuChateau approves it for glue-down, nail/staple with glue assist installation; radiant heat approved (see installation instructions).
Grande Savoy Vicomte comes in lengths listed as random length up to 86-11/16″ (2200 mm), which gives a calm, continuous look across open rooms.
Packaging: 34.1 SQ.FT. We order with a cut-waste allowance so you do not run short on install day.
Manufacturer item number: GRSVCM8-SS.
DuChateau colors are built in layers of stain, oil or lacquer over textured European oak, so each board shows depth and grain movement rather than a flat tone.
Los Angeles Hardwoods sells and installs DuChateau flooring throughout Los Angeles. Call for pricing on Grande Savoy Vicomte, or schedule a free in-home estimate and we will bring the sample to you and measure every room.
